“创卫”活动,即通过采取措施,在一定范围内达到某一卫生标准的活动,如:创建灭鼠先进船队、创建国家卫生城市等。应该认为,在预防医学领域,“创卫”是独具我国特色、卓有成效的活动,对于带动和提高爱国卫生运动工作的水平具有重要作用。1982-1995年,在“创卫”活动的起步阶段,笔者有幸参加制订考核标准与方法,并多次参加考核鉴定,或为“创卫”单位提供咨询,见闻较多,有所感悟,愿对此略加回顾,以纪念爱国
