出版资源同质化的现状导致学术期刊对作者资源及优质稿源的竞争日益激烈,优质的服务是期刊不可或缺的竞争优势。如何吸引优质稿源及优秀作者,要求编辑部转变观念,不断增强服务意识,在编辑出版过程的方方面面提供细致入微的专业化、人性化及个性化的服务。《中国药科大学学报》编辑部在编辑出版过程之外衍生出具有自身特色的增值服务,强调服务创新是稳定和充实作者队伍的重要手段。
The homogenization of publishing resources leads to the competition of academic journals on author resources and high quality manuscripts is getting fiercer and the high quality service is an indispensable competitive advantage of journals. How to attract high-quality manuscripts and excellent authors, asking the editorial department to change their concepts and continuously enhance their sense of service so as to provide nuanced professional, humane and personalized services in all aspects of the editing and publishing process. The editorial department of “Journal of China Pharmaceutical University” derives its own value-added services outside the editing and publishing process and emphasizes that service innovation is an important means to stabilize and enrich the author’s team.
