本文对酮洛芬口服与外用透皮给药抗炎活性进行了比较实验。结果提示，外用透皮给于同等量的酮洛芬，可以在给药部位组织内造成较高的药物浓度，并减少全身性副作用。
In this paper, the oral administration of ketoprofen and topical anti-inflammatory activity were compared with the experimental. The results suggest that topical transdermal delivery of the same amount of ketoprofen can result in higher drug concentrations in the site of administration and reduce systemic side effects.
