一、前言我厂使用的SHL6.5—25—Ⅰ型锅炉是60年代中期的产品,设计上有缺陷,经测试运行热效率仅65%,低于“浙江省供热系统节能工作暂行规定”考核评定的二等炉(η≥63%)指标。而87年投入运行的SHL6.5—13—Ⅲ型锅炉是80年代的新型节能产品,经测试运行热效率为72.03%,达到“浙江省供热系统节能工作暂行规定”考核评定的一等炉(η>72%)指标。按86年实耗原煤3000吨计算,SHL6.5—13—Ⅲ型锅炉比SHL6.5—25—Ⅰ型锅炉可节煤291.7吨,节约费用近2.34万元/年(原煤价按80元/吨计)。由于SHL6.5—25—Ⅰ型
I. Introduction The SHL6.5-25-Ⅰ boiler used by our factory is a product in the mid-1960s. It has a design flaw. The thermal efficiency of the test run is only 65%, lower than the “Interim Provisions on Energy-saving Work of Zhejiang Heating System” Second-class assessment of the furnace (η ≥ 63%) indicators. The SHL6.5-13-Ⅲ boiler put into operation in 1987 is a new type of energy-saving product in the 1980s. After being tested and run, the thermal efficiency is 72.03%, reaching the first-class furnace (“Zhejiang Provincial Heating System Energy Conservation Interim Provisions” η> 72%) indicators. According to actual consumption of 86 tons of raw coal for 86 years, SHL6.5-13-Ⅲ boiler saves 291.7 tons of coal compared with SHL6.5-25-Ⅰ boiler, saving nearly RMB 23,400 / year (the original coal price is 80 yuan / Ton meter).
