吉林省水利工作会议1月13日在长春召开。会议科学谋划“十二五”吉林省水利发展,安排部署了今年水利工作任务。副省长王守臣出席会议并讲话。王守臣指出,吉林省水利改革发展面临前所未有的大好形势,力争通过5至1 0年的努力,从根本上扭转水利建设明显滞后的局面,为吉林省经济社会发展提供基础保障。
Jilin Province Water Conservancy Working Conference was held in Changchun on January 13. Scientific planning meeting “Twelve-Five” water conservancy development in Jilin Province, arrangements for the deployment of this year’s water conservancy task. Vice Governor Wang Shouchen attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Wang Shouchen pointed out that Jilin Province’s water conservancy reform and development are facing an excellent situation and strive to fundamentally reverse the obvious backwardness of water conservancy construction through efforts from 5 to 10 years so as to provide the basic guarantee for the economic and social development in Jilin Province.
