黄河龙口水利枢纽工程位于黄河干流托克托一龙口河段尾部,左岸为山西省忻州市的偏关县和河曲县,右岸为内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市的准格尔旗。枢纽坝址距上游已建的万家寨水利枢纽26km,距下游已建的天桥水电站约70km,对外交通便利。枢纽为Ⅱ等、大(2)型工程,主要由大坝、电站厂房、泄水建筑物等组成。大坝为混凝土重力坝,坝顶高程900m,坝顶全长408m,最大坝高为51m,水库总库容为1.96亿m3,总装机容量为420MW,设计年平均发电量为13亿kW·h。黄河龙口水利枢纽工程是当前西部黄河上规模较大、投资较多的梯级
The Yellow River Longkou Water Conservancy Project is located at the tail of the first Longkoukou section of the Tuoketuo River in the Yellow River. The left bank is Piaogeng and Hequ County in Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province. The right bank is Zhungeerqi in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The hub dam site is 26km away from the Wanjiazhai Water Control Project built upstream and about 70km from the Tianqiao hydropower station built downstream, which is convenient for external traffic. Hub Ⅱ, large (2) type of project, mainly by the dam, power plant, drainage structures and other components. The dam is a concrete gravity dam with a crest elevation of 900m, a total crest length of 408m and a maximum dam height of 51m. The total reservoir capacity is 196 million m3 with a total installed capacity of 420MW and a designed annual average generating capacity of 1.3 billion kW · h.
