研究采用脉冲电镀法制备加速器辐照用铑靶。讨论了脉冲电镀的主要参数、镀液中离子浓度、酸度、温度对镀层质量的影响。确定了脉冲电镀工艺参数 ,成功地制备适用于生产10 3 Pd的Cyclone 3 0加速器照射用铑靶 ,镀层厚度大于 15 0mg/cm2 。
The pulsed electroplating method was used to prepare rhodium target for accelerator irradiation. The main parameters of pulse electroplating, the influence of ion concentration, acidity and temperature on the quality of coating were discussed. The pulse electroplating process parameters were determined, and a rhodium target for Cyclone 3 0 accelerator irradiation suitable for the production of 10 3 Pd was successfully prepared. The thickness of the coating was more than 150 mg / cm 2.
