第四次全国当代少数民族文学学术讨论会暨首届当代少数民族文学研究颁奖会,于1990年8月26日至30日在昆明举行。这次会议是经过中共中央宣传部批准,由中国当代文学研究会少数民族文学分会、中国作家协会云南分会和云南省社会科学院民族文学研究所联合召开的。来自全国十五个省、市、自治区的包括汉、满、蒙、回、壮、彝、白、傣、纳西、景颇、苗、朝鲜、仡佬、哈萨克、维吾尔等十五个民族的80余位专家、学者和作家、评论家出席会议。中共云南省委宣传部副部长兼省社科院院长郭正秉,云南省民委副主任王正芳,云南省文联党组
The Fourth National Contemporary Minority Literature Symposium and the First Contemporary Minority Literature Research Awards were held in Kunming from August 26 to 30, 1990. The conference was approved by Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee and jointly convened by Minority Literature Branch of China Contemporary Literature Research Association, Yunnan Branch of Chinese Writers Association and National Institute of Literature of Yunnan Academy of Social Sciences. More than 80 nationalities from 15 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China, including Han, Manchu, Mongolia, Hui, Zhuang, Yi, Bai, Dai, Naxi, Jingpo, Miao, North Korea, Gelao, Kazak and Uyghur Experts, scholars and writers and critics attended the conference.
