在盐酸存在下 ,用对氨基苯磺酸与亚硝酸钠低温下进行重氮化反应 ,然后加入Na2 HPO4保持溶液的pH =1 .7~ 2 .0 ,再加入N -甲基苯胺 ,置于 60℃水浴中反应 80分钟生成红色化合物 .该化合物的最大吸收波长为 50 6nm ,当N -甲基苯胺的浓度为 0~ 8mg/L时 ,符合Lambert Beer定律 ,最低检出浓度为 0 .0 51 2mg/L 当甲苄胺的浓度小于 51 0mg/L ,苯胺的浓度小于 50mg/L时不干扰此反应 .
