铁道部四局四处1979年购置了8台日立建机UH14挖掘机,运转16000h后,陆续出现不同类型的故障,经过项修和局部部件国产化替代,又维持使用了5000h,发动机和液压系统频繁出现故障.经济性明显下降,甚至有4台长年爬窝,严重影响施工生产.为解决这个问题,我们通过认真探索,提出了挖掘机整机技术改造方案,充分发掘国产元件技术性能的优势,开辟改造进口机械的新途径.
