子宫内膜息肉是常见的妇科疾病,是阴道不规则流血的主要原因之一,既往依赖宫腔镜或诊刮作出诊断,但这两种检查方法均有一定的创伤性、局限性。经阴道超声(TVS)因其简便、清晰度高等特点已成为超声领域广泛应用的一项重要检测手段,应用TVS检查,可大大提高子宫内膜息肉的诊断率。
Endometrial polyps is a common gynecological disease, is one of the main causes of vaginal irregular bleeding, previous diagnosis of hysteroscopy or curettage, but these two methods have some trauma, limitations. Transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) has become an important detection method widely used in the field of ultrasound due to its simplicity and high definition. The application of TVS can greatly improve the diagnosis rate of endometrial polyps.
