血沉测定影响因素很多,其中温度、角度、血沉管径的大小以及清洁度等,直接影响结果的准确性。为提高质量,我科于1982年底试制安装了一台可调式血沉自动恒温仪,并应用该仪器作了415例对比试验。现将仪器的安装及试验情况介绍如下。一、血沉自动恒温仪的制作(见右拦照片)1.恒温玻璃箱:应用透明有机玻璃加工制成体积为350×220×230mm 有机玻璃箱。后将口径一致,符合质量要求的10支魏氏血沉管横向垂直固定于箱内(位置:距前壁3.5cm,横间距2cm),管的两端伸出箱外,下端箱外长度3.5cm(与所备抗凝小瓶深度同,我院使用针剂青霉素空瓶)为吸血
