通过对挤压拉拔成型的CuCo2BeZr槽楔合金进行系列固溶处理和时效处理试验,并对合金金相组织和性能测试分析,确定合金最佳热处理工艺为930℃×1.5 h固溶+490℃×2.5 h时效。该工艺条件下合金的性能达到并超过合金用作转子槽楔的要求,硬度和导电率分别达到242 HB和45.7%IACS。
A series of solution treatment and aging treatment of CuCo2BeZr wedge alloy subjected to extrusion drawing were carried out. The microstructure and properties of the alloy were tested and analyzed to determine the optimal heat treatment process for the alloy at 930 ℃ × 1.5 h and 490 ℃ × 2.5 h aging. The performance of the alloy reaches and exceeds the requirements of the alloy for rotor wedges under this process condition. The hardness and electrical conductivity reach 242 HB and 45.7% IACS, respectively.
