上海软X自由电子激光实验装置(SX-FEL)对直线加速器微波功率调制器的脉冲幅度提出了0.01%的稳定度要求。本文介绍基于脉冲信号采样分析来反馈控制调制器的充电电压的控制策略,并着重介绍这种方案中的信号调理电路的研制。脉冲信号调理电路主要完成衰减、切割放大、滤波等功能。调理之后的信号可以送给高速ADC进行采集,也可以直接连接到示波器上观察脉冲信号平顶特征。实验结果表明该调理电路稳定性高,达到了预期目的。
Shanghai Soft X Free Electron Laser Experimental Device (SX-FEL) imposes a 0.01% stability requirement on the pulse amplitude of a linear accelerator microwave power modulator. This article describes the control strategy based on the sampling and analysis of the pulse signal to control the charging voltage of the modulator and focuses on the development of the signal conditioning circuit in this solution. Pulse signal conditioning circuit to complete the main attenuation, cutting amplification, filtering and other functions. After conditioning the signal can be sent to high-speed ADC for acquisition, can also be connected directly to the oscilloscope to observe the pulse signal flat top features. The experimental results show that the conditioning circuit has high stability and achieves the expected purpose.
