The management of capitalism in the mid-20th century is shifting towards global financial capitalism, and its appearance is one of the most important events of our time. Capitalism is undergoing yet another mutation. The institutional phenomenon 20 years ago - the conspicuous domestic business elite, the steady management control of enterprises and the long-term relationship with financial institutions - are to a large extent disappearing in the course of economic history. On the other hand, we have witnessed the global success of manufacturers, both local and speculators, toward managers and even financiers. We are witnessing the shift from managing capitalism to global financial capitalism in the mid-20th century.
