《学术月刊》1989年第4期刊载了拙文《中国近代史上几个问题的“情”与“理”》(以下简称郑文)。郭世佑先生撰文《也谈中国近代史上的“情”与“理”》①与郑文“商榷”。拜读之下,颇受教益。但对郭文提出的“疑惑和混乱”有必要作出答复。愚以为,郭文对郑文所说的“情”和“理”没有正确理解,是他产生“疑惑和混乱”的根本所在。郭文说:在郑先生看来,所谓“情”是客观的,“理”却不全是客观的(如“理想”之
