用斑点杂交法分析了四君子汤体外对 Con A诱导的小鼠脾细胞表达 IL - 3m RNA的影响 ,结果四君子汤使鼠脾细胞表达 IL- 3m RNA在 2 0 h左右达高峰 ,有效剂量范围较大 (2 5 mg/ ml～ 40 0 mg/ ml) ,尤以 10 0 mg/ ml浓度效果为佳 ,提示四君子汤促进造血的作用与其提高 T细胞表达 IL- 3m RNA有关
The effect of Sijunzi decoction on the expression of IL-3m RNA in mouse spleen cells induced by Con A was analyzed by dot-blot hybridization. Results Sijunzi decoction caused the expression of IL-3 mRNA in mouse spleen cells peaked at about 20 h, with an effective dose range. Large (25 mg/ml to 400 mg/ml), especially at a concentration of 100 mg/ml, is preferred, suggesting that the effect of Sijunzi Decoction on promoting hematopoiesis is related to its ability to increase expression of IL-3 mRNA in T cells.
