远东及南太平洋地区残疾人运动会(英文缩写为FESPIC。以下简称远南运动会)的主办单位是远东及南太平洋地区残疾人运动会联合会(以下简称远南联合会)。该联合会成立于1975年,总部设在日本大分县,主席是香港的方心让博士,副主席是日本的畑田和男,秘书长是日本的平川奈津子(女)。远南联合会设执委会、技术委员会和医学委员会。远东及南太平洋地区的范围包括巴基斯坦以东的亚洲地区和国际日期变更线以西的大洋洲地区。远南联合会的正式会员国和地区现有38个,它们是:澳大利亚、孟加拉、不丹、中国、中国台北、斐济、关岛、香港、印度、印度尼西亚、日本、韩国、老挝、澳门、马来西亚、基里巴斯、马绍尔群岛、缅甸、尼泊尔、
Far East and South Pacific Disabled People’s Games (FESPIC hereinafter referred to as the Far South Games) organizers are the Far East and the South Pacific Paralympic Games Federation (hereinafter referred to as Far Infinity Federation). The association was established in 1975 and is headquartered in Oita, Japan. Its chairman is Hong Kong’s Dr. Fang Xiandan, its vice chairman is Japan’s Matsuda and Mina, and the secretary general is Japan’s Hirakawa Naizuka.
