The tentacles of economics have touched almost every area of jurisprudence and law, and international economic law, as a branch of law, is no exception. Economic analysis provides a broader perspective on the study of international economic law. Many of the main arguments raised in the debate in many fields of international economic law are obtained through economic analysis.
