前不久我们制作了一种改进的短前沿探头,这种探头主要用于管道对接焊缝探伤,实践证明效果较好。 1 结构 这种改进的短前沿探头的透声楔近似为三角形,两端适当延伸,一端用以消除透声楔内反射能量,一端延伸成一拖板形,用以增加透声楔与工件间的耦合面积。换能器与透声楔两者为可卸式,并以弹簧板压紧在透声延伸段对应邻边上。弹簧板上螺丝孔呈长矩形,可方便调整换能器在透声楔上耦合位置,其结构见图1。
