目的:分析经尿道前列腺电切术并发症情况,并研究相关的防治措施。方法:病例选取的是我院于2011年8月-2013年10月这段期间内收治的施行经尿道前列腺电切术患者,从中随机选出80例作为研究对象。收集所有患者的一般资料和治疗资料,记录下并发症情况并进行回顾性分析。结果:手术情况:所有患者手术所用时间在35~125min之间,平均用时(56±0.3)min,术中出血量为28~350ml,平均出血量为(74±42)ml。并发症情况:80例患者出现并发症例数为32例,具体为:尿道前列腺电切综合征4例,暂时性尿失禁4例,膀胱颈挛缩1例,尿道狭窄12例,早期出血4例以及迟发性出血7例。结论:经尿道前列腺电切术的并发症比较多,做好相关的防治工作,严格掌握手术适应症可以有效降低并发症的发生。
Objective: To analyze the complications of transurethral resection of prostate and to study the related prevention and treatment measures. Methods: The patients were selected from our hospital from August 2011 to October 2013 during the period of transurethral resection of prostatectomy patients, randomly selected 80 cases as the research object. All patients were collected general information and treatment information, record the complications and conduct a retrospective analysis. Results: The operation time was 35 ~ 125min, average time was 56 ± 0.3min, blood loss was 28 ~ 350ml, average blood loss was (74 ± 42) ml. Complications: 80 cases of complications occurred in 32 cases, specifically: 4 cases of urethral prostate resection syndrome, temporary urinary incontinence in 4 cases, 1 case of bladder neck contracture, urethral stricture in 12 cases, 4 cases of early bleeding and 7 cases of delayed bleeding. Conclusion: There are many complications of transurethral resection of prostate, so it is necessary to do a good job in preventing and treating it. To master the indications of surgery strictly can reduce the incidence of complications.
