赏识教育是一种赞赏学生的优点,强调学生成绩的教育。它能激发学生的主动性和创造性,是当前素质教育中比较有效的教育方式。1.教学成绩方面的效应。一个教师取得的工作成果,除了他本身的素质和事业心来体现以外,还表现在他教学的业绩上。在我接手的三年级数学成绩测评中,竟然有两个学生测评成绩是零分。刚开始我也十分恼火,后来静下心来,我想到了赏识教育。我在全班成绩分析会上,面对全班学生宣布:
