在市场经济条件下,特别是在向市场经济体制过渡时期内,不仅需要不断健全与严格法律、法规,同时还必须采取更为有力的措施来完善加强执政党的党内监督。这是抑制克服市场经济的负面影响,保证改革开放和经济建设健康顺利发展的迫切需要。完善、加强党内监督,应从提高思想认识,改革监督机制,完善监督制度等方面努力。本文就此谈几点粗浅的认识。 一、增强意识,明确责任 党内监督是党自我约束、自我完善、加强自身建设的基本手段和途径,是党的组织得以发展的内在动力,是党的肌体健康的基本因素。在党内,监督对错误行为是制约,对正确行为是激励,对正当的权利和各方面的基本关系、基本准则是保障,对党的统一是维护。
In a market economy, especially during the transition to a market economy, we not only need to continuously improve our laws and regulations, but also must take more effective measures to improve and strengthen party-level supervision within the ruling party. This article talks about a few superficial understanding. I. In the party, supervision is the restriction on the wrong conduct, the right action on the right behavior, the proper right and the basic relations in all aspects.
