本文概述了纳西族传统合作文化賨的具体表征化的演变,内涵、产生的条件、新的发展分类;分析了化賨影响社区治理的制度基础,而化賨巩固的纳西族农村社会资本,成为化賨影响社区治理的非物质资源。这种社会资本以合作为核心,与社区公共利益相一致,是纳西族农村社区治理的目的。同时,也是实现社区善治的非物质资源。利用巩固的社会资本,互助型、合作型、情感交流型化賨,资金相同和资金灵活型化賨在社区治理中产生了不同的影响,合理引导,使之成为建设和谐社会的积极因素。
This paper summarizes the evolution, connotation, conditions and new classification of the Naxi traditional cooperative culture and analyzes the institutional basis of the influence of the Gazans on the community governance. However, the social capital of the Naxi people consolidated by the Qionglai becomes a Non-material resources that affect community governance. This kind of social capital takes the cooperation as the core and is in conformity with the public interests of the community, and is the purpose of governance of the rural community in the Naxi ethnic group. At the same time, it is also an intangible resource for the good governance of the community. Using consolidated social capital, mutual aid, cooperation and emotional exchange, the same funding and flexible funding have had different impacts on community governance and led them rationally to become positive factors in building a harmonious society.
