采用胰岛素释放和糖耐量试验,探讨动脉粥样硬化兔的胰岛功能变化,正常兔作为对照组。动粥免表现为胰岛素释放和糖耐量试验障碍,呈糖尿病样倾向,讨论了动粥与Ⅱ型糖尿病之间可能存在的病因关系。
Insulin release and glucose tolerance test were used to explore the changes of islet function in atherosclerotic rabbits. Normal rabbits served as control group. Porridge-free performance of insulin release and impaired glucose tolerance test showed a trend of diabetes-like, discusses the relationship between porridge and type II diabetes possible etiology.
