采用溶胶(sol)—凝胶(gel)—超临界流体干燥(supercritical fluid drying)SCFD法合成了莫来石纳米粉,并利用红外吸收光谱(IR)对其溶胶、凝胶及超细粉的结构组成进行了定性分析,结合X射线衍射分析(XRD)和透射电子显微镜分析(TEM)技术初步探讨了莫来石纳米粉的合成机理。
The mullite nanometer powder was synthesized by sol - gel - supercritical fluid drying (SCFD) method and its sol, gel and ultrafine powder were characterized by infrared absorption spectroscopy (IR) The structure and composition were qualitatively analyzed. The synthesis mechanism of mullite nanopowders was discussed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
