事物变化总是不以人们意志为转移的。研究消防问题也一样,要注意在概念上有所区分。要发现新情况,适应新变化,提出新思路,解决新问题,而不能总陷在旧观念的漩涡中,用过时的思维看待今天的问题,用过时的方法处理今天的矛盾。消防业内人士对此有必要作一回顾和反思,各级政府的决策者们也有必要作一回顾和反思。
Changes in things are always not people’s will shift. The same applies to the study of fire protection, paying attention to the conceptual difference.
