我院自1997年7月至1998年7月,用病毒唑和654-2治疗20例慢性乙型肝炎,收到较好效果,现报道如下。 临床资料:20例中男16例,女4例,年龄16～60岁,平均29岁,病史最短半年,最长16年。临床表现为乏力90％,食欲减退80％,肝区不适60％,腹胀60％,皮肤黄染50％,肝大50％,脾轻度大30％,肝区触痛或叩击痛40％。 确诊方法:20例均经验肝功能和乙肝八项再结合临床表现来确诊。其中有5例测HBV-DNA。 治疗方法:20例均给病毒唑800～1000mg+5％葡萄糖300ml日1次静点,654-2 20～30mg+5％葡萄糖300ml日1次静点,治疗4周复查肝功和乙肝八项。
Our hospital from July 1997 to July 1998, with ribavirin and 654-2 treatment of 20 cases of chronic hepatitis B, received good results, are reported below.
