去年１０月初，本文的两位作者作为江西省委、省政府驻金溪县灾后重建工作组成员，在基层生活工作了一百多天，他们根据自己调查的情况和工作实践，写出了这篇调查研究文章。 这篇文章至少可以给我们两点启示：一是广播电视部门的领导同志要多深入实际，调查研究，掌握真实情况，对广播电视宣传实施正确地、有效地指导；二是广播电视宣传必须坚持辩证法，用两点论看问题，不断提高宣传艺术，这样的宣传才能贴近实际，有较强针对性、指导性。
