继续教育属于终身教育的一种,指的是在学校的义务教育和高等教育之后进行的成人教育。随着社会的不断发展,对人才的需求也越来越高,随之对继续教育的要求也有了一定的提升。继续教育在不断地扩大教育范围,能够使更多的人得到教育。随着继续教育的不断发展,继续教育在社会中的地位也越来越高,这就要求继续教育的发展要根据社会发展的不同需求开始进行战略转型与推进。本文根据现阶段继续教育的重要性,找到推进继续教育发展的策略,通过不断改进与转型,使继续教育得到更加良好的发展。
