进入信息化时代以来,计算机科技得到迅速发展,计算机的应用也得到广泛普及,同时也推动了计算机教育的发展,各中等专业学校纷纷开设计算机专业。我校经林业部批准于1995年增设了计算机应用专业,招收高中毕业生,学制二年。我们在吸收兄弟学校办学经验的基础上,结合本校特点对计算机应用专业的教学计划、培养目标、课程设置、实践性教学等进行了认真的讨论和思考,形成了共识。一、培养目标上侧重应用,定位于操作计算机人才的培养,从计算机的发展来看主要有两方面,一是科技型,二是普及型。中等专业学校应该培养普及型的计算机人才。对计算机专业的培养目标,开始大家有两种不同的看法:一是侧重培养计算机硬件维护和修理的中等专业人才,即所谓的
