教育的目的在于提高人的素质。针对目前大部分高职院校对人才的培养更多定性为专业技能型人才这一现状,本文通过调研、分析、研究,提出了在高职院校自身建设发展过程中,通过提高质量、强化高职教师队伍建设等几种途径来完成高职教育中人文教育与专业教育的有效融合,从而实现高职教育培养出既有人文素养又有专业技能的人才的培养目标。
The purpose of education is to improve people’s quality. In view of the fact that most vocational colleges cultivate talents more qualitatively as the professional skilled personnel, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of the higher vocational colleges by improving their quality and strengthening their own construction and development through research, analysis and research. Vocational teachers and other means of construction several ways to complete the higher vocational education in humanities education and professional education effective integration in order to achieve vocational education to cultivate both humanities and professional skills of human resources training objectives.
