目的了解宛城区各级医疗机构消毒工作质量,提高消毒卫生水平。方法采用平板暴露法和棉拭子采样法对消毒后的室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手及使用中消毒液进行抽样检测。结果共采样3 546份,合格2 596份,总平均合格率为73.21%,其中区医院合格率为82.48%,机关、厂矿、学校卫生所合格率为75.03%,乡镇卫生院合格率为70.16%,村卫生室、个体诊所合格率为65.42%。结论宛城区各医疗机构消毒质量总体不高,还存在一定问题,应加强消毒管理,落实消毒制度,进一步提高消毒质量水平。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection work of medical institutions at all levels in Wancheng District and improve the disinfection and hygiene level. Methods The plate exposure method and cotton swab sampling method were used to sample and test the disinfected indoor air, the surface of the object, the hand of medical staff and the disinfectant in use. Results A total of 3 546 samples were obtained, of which 2 596 were eligible. The overall average pass rate was 73.21%. The passing rate of the hospital in the district was 82.48%. The pass rate of institutes, factories, mines and school clinics was 75.03% and that of township hospitals was 70.16% Village clinics, individual clinics pass rate was 65.42%. Conclusion The quality of disinfection in various medical institutions in Wancheng District is not high overall, there are still some problems, should strengthen disinfection management, the implementation of disinfection system to further improve the quality of disinfection.
