目的通过对基层医护人员普及和提高医院感染教育,增强了基层医护人员自觉参与预防和控制医院感染的意识。方法对医院的全体职工进行多形式多层次、多侧面的综合教育。结果医院感染知识培训率达99%,考试合格率达100%,感染率控制在3%以下,有效提高了医疗护理质量。结论基层医院普及与提高感染教育势在必行,其不仅提高了医务人员的感染控制能力,降低了感染率,同时也保障了医疗安全。
Objective To improve the awareness of nosocomial infection by strengthening the popularization and promotion of nosocomial infection education among grassroots medical staff and enhancing the grassroots medical staff’s conscious participation in the prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods To carry out multi-level, multi-sided and comprehensive education for all staff in the hospital. Results The rate of nosocomial infection training was 99%, the passing rate of examination was 100% and the infection rate was below 3%, effectively improving the quality of medical care. Conclusion It is imperative to popularize and improve infection education in grass-root hospitals. It not only enhances the infection control ability of medical staffs, reduces the infection rate, but also ensures the medical safety.
