在小组合作学习普遍呈现的今天,结合多年的教学经验和聆听浙派名师优质课后的体会,发现多数教师课堂中的小组合作学习存在形同虚设、达不成教学目标等问题。细心研究就会发现,影响学生小组合作学习效果的原因是多方面的,但一个重要的原因在于教师课前的预设上。因此,结合教学实践,从教学目标的设计、时机的寻找与把握、论题的设计与表述和小组的分工与整合等四个方面阐述了相关的预设策略,以期达到提升学生小组合作效度的目的。
Nowadays, the cooperative learning in the group is generally presented today. Combining with years of teaching experience and listening to the experience of Zhejiang Teachers’ School, we find that most of the teachers in the classroom have problems such as the omission of teaching cooperation and the omission of teaching objectives. Careful study will find that there are many reasons that affect the effectiveness of cooperative learning among students, but one of the important reasons lies in the pre-class teacher pre-setting. Therefore, combining with the teaching practice, the related preset strategies are elaborated from four aspects: the design of teaching objectives, the searching and grasping of the timing, the design and presentation of the thesis, the division of labor and the integration of the group, so as to achieve the goal of enhancing the team effectiveness purpose.
