依托现有生产堤在黄河下游滩区规划分滞洪区,枯水期发展生产,洪水期滞纳洪水,是黄河滩区发展的一个思路.基于MIKE21软件建立黄河下游夹河滩至高村河段(以下简称夹高河段)洪水演进数学模型,研究黄河下游典型河段滩区在自然工况、现状工况和滞洪工况下的洪水淹没发展过程,对比分析滩区最大滞洪量、滩区淹没面积、洪峰流量过程以及滩区下游河段洪水位的变化.结果表明,分滞洪区的存在减少了黄河下游滩区的淹没面积,削峰滞洪作用明显,减小了下游的防洪压力,在保护生产的同时可以有效地减轻河道防洪压力.
