我所的情报工作对促进我国热带作物科学进步做出了应有的贡献,自身也不断地得到了发展。但在当今科学技术日新月异、经济迅速发展以及科技情报体制改革的形势下,由于运行机制,工作模式和格局无根本性的突破与改观,我所的情报工作尚显得缺乏活力。为了搞活我所的情报工作,发挥其最大的整体功能,应理顺各方面的关系,明确情报工作的功能,调整运行机制,改善服务方式和管理手段,使其进一步适应经济、科技和社会发展的需要。
Our intelligence work has made due contributions to promoting the scientific progress of tropical crops in our country and has continuously been continuously developed. However, with the rapid changes in science and technology, the rapid economic development and the reform of the scientific and technological intelligence system, our intelligence work still lacks vitality due to the fundamental breakthroughs and improvements in the operational mechanism, working model and pattern.
