目的:用HPLC法建立理枣仁的特征图谱,为评价其质量提供依据。方法:选用C18柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙睛-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,柱温为35℃,体积流量为1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长为203 nm。结果:理枣仁HPLC图谱中有5个特征峰,按保留时间先后依次定名为1、2、3、4、5号峰(所选择的特征峰保留时间均在5 min之后),经对照品确认,其中3号峰为斯皮诺素(保留时间约为23.3 min),2号峰和4号峰较具特征性。结论:该方法操作简便,准确可靠、重复性好,为理枣仁的质量控制提供了有效手段。
Objective: To establish the characteristic map of Zizyphus jujuba by HPLC method and provide the basis for evaluating its quality. Methods: C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water. The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the volume flow rate was 1.0 m L · min-1. The detection wavelength was 203 nm. Results: There are five characteristic peaks in the HPLC map of Ziziphus jujuba, named as 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 peaks by retention time (retention times of selected characteristic peaks are both after 5 min) Confirmed that the peak No. 3 Spinosin (retention time of about 23.3 min), No. 2 and No. 4 peak more characteristic. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, reproducible, and provides an effective method for quality control of Ziziphus.
