一种陶瓷管型节能少氧化锻造炉问世,1月12日在北京通过部级技术鉴定。节约能源,减少加热时金属氧化烧损是国内外锻造加热炉发展的总趋势。目前我国锻造加热炉的状况是工作温度高,需要用大量优质燃料,高温下加热金属氧化烧损严重,平均生产每吨锻件折合消耗标准煤0.7吨,模锻件消耗0.5吨,热效率为6%。金属氧化重量为2~%。针对上述现状,机械电子工业部第五设计研究院于198(?)年初提出研究“节能少氧化锻造炉”课题,经专家评审主项列入“七五”国家重大节能技术开发项目,科技人员刻苦攻关在实验室试验取得可靠数据后与北京内燃机总厂技术人员通力合作经过反复生产运行试验取得明显效果。
