本文作者已经进行过用圆柱体坯料成形带一个枝芽或两个同轴枝芽类零件的侧向冷挤压的理论研究和实验研究。本文继续对带两个不同轴枝芽类零件的侧向冷挤压进行研究。应用与作者提出的修正上限法相结合的平面应变模型,可以从理论上和实验上得到凸模压力以及由两个速度不同的凸模所产生的变形量。用铅试样试验得到的实验结果与理论计算相符较好。并用低碳钢做试验观察其断裂情况。另外,还对控制两个枝芽的相对长度和发生断裂的可能性进行讨论。
The authors have conducted theoretical and experimental studies on the lateral cold extrusion of cylindrical blanks with one branch or two coaxial branches. In this paper, the research on the lateral cold extrusion with two different branches and buds was carried on. Applying the plane strain model combined with the revised upper bound method proposed by the author, the punch pressure and the deformation caused by two different punch rates can be obtained theoretically and experimentally. The experimental results obtained with the lead sample test are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation. And use low-carbon steel to test the fracture situation. In addition, the relative lengths of the two shoots and the possibility of rupture are also discussed.
