9月28日,南水北调中线京石段应急供水工程建成通水仪式在北拒马河暗渠工程现场举行。岗南、黄壁庄两水库的水,沿南水北调中线京石段抵达北京。京石段工程建成通水是贯彻落实科学发展观的重要举措,标志着南水北调工程建设取得阶段性成果,在中线全线通水前先期形成华北地区水资源配置的新通道。这不仅对于缓解首都水资源短缺状况、提高北京供水安全保障水平具有重要作用,同时也为南水北调东、中线其他项目的建设提供了借鉴。本刊特推出南水北调中线京石段应急供水系列报道,追踪输水情况,总结建管经验,展示建设成果。 On September 28, the water supply ceremony for the emergency water supply project of the Beijing-Shijiazhuang Section of the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project was held at the site of the North Juma River underdrain project. Gangnan, Huangbi Zhuang two reservoirs of water, along the Beijing-Shijiazhuang section of the mid-South Water Transfer Project arrived in Beijing. The completion of water supply to Beijing-Shijiazhuang Section is an important measure to implement the scientific concept of development. It marks the initial achievement of the construction of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and the formation of a new channel for the allocation of water resources in North China ahead of the full passage of the midline. This not only plays an important role in alleviating the shortage of water resources in the capital and improving the level of water supply and security in Beijing, but also provides reference for the construction of other projects in the east and the middle of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. In this issue, we launched a series of emergency water supply reports on the Beijing-Shijiazhuang-Beijing section of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. We tracked the water supply situation and summarized our experience in building management to show the achievements in construction.
