高温退火炉的主要特点是加热温度高达900℃以上、加热时间长达12h以上,还要求炉内温度均匀、温差小、热交换畅通等。目前,国内铸造高温退火炉绝大部分烧煤,采用的是人工加煤方法中的正烧方法。不仅劳动强度高、操作环境恶劣,而且耗煤量也大。近年来,为贯彻执行我国的节能和环保政策,不少单位对这部分工业炉做了很多改造工作。据我们所知,大多改为机械加煤。改造费用高,改造周期长,改造影响生产。显然,这种改造方法对经济效益差的工厂是很不适应的。所以,必须另觅他途。“反烧法”,正是一种简单易行、投资少、见效快、不影响生产(利用节假日便可完成)的改造方法。为探索它在高温退火炉上的应用,我们已于1985年4月同四川省建材机械厂签订了12m~2铸
