采用盆栽试验的方法,进行不同钾素用量试验,研究不同营养条件下烟叶对钾肥的吸收与利用,研究烟叶产量与钾肥不同用量的关系。试验表明:不同施钾量处理的烟叶干物质产量间差异不显著。各处理对烟叶钾含量的影响有显著的作用,增施氮肥后对烟叶钾含量的影响不显著。烤烟对钾素的吸收表现出奢侈吸收现象,烟叶最高含钾量的临界浓度很高,在N:K2O=1:5的试验条件下,烟叶钾含量仍在增加。在提高烟叶含钾量的技术措施中,不能盲目提倡增加钾肥用量。
Pot experiments were carried out to test the amount of potassium applied to study the absorption and utilization of potash under different nutritional conditions and to study the relationship between the yield and the different amounts of potash. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the dry matter yields of different leaf application treatments. The effect of each treatment on the potassium content of tobacco leaves had a significant effect, and the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on the potassium content of tobacco leaves was not significant. The absorption of potassium by flue-cured tobacco showed the phenomenon of extravagant absorption, and the critical concentration of highest potassium in tobacco leaves was very high. Under the experimental conditions of N: K2O = 1: 5, the potassium content of tobacco leaves was still increasing. In the technical measures to increase the potassium content of tobacco leaves, can not blindly promote increased potassium consumption.
