1993年是本市水利建设和水利经济加速发展的一年,1994年将加大改革力度。近期颜昌远局长在市水利局处级干部政治理论培训班上,就当前水利形势和下一步怎样改革作了重要讲话,现将内容摘要刊登于下。
1993 is the city’s water conservancy construction and accelerating the development of water conservancy economy in 1994, will step up reform efforts. Recently, Director Yan Changyuan made an important speech on the current situation of water conservancy and how to reform in the next step at the training course for political theory at the cadres’ level at the municipal water conservancy.
