目前,世界上由细菌病原体引起许多种类蔬菜作物毁灭性病害的事例是很多的。近年来,众多专家对细菌病原体的变异规律、致病毒性以及遗传机制等进行了一些研究。通过对细菌病原体抗性本质的研究和抗性种质的选择,现在已经将这些具有不同水平的抗性引入到园艺性状优良的栽培品种中去,并获得成功。本文根据国内外一些文献报告,评述了蔬菜作物细菌病原体抗性育种工作的情况及成就。
At present, there are many cases of devastating diseases in many kinds of vegetable crops caused by bacterial pathogens in the world. In recent years, many experts conducted some researches on the variation of bacterial pathogens, virulence and genetic mechanism. By studying the nature of bacterial pathogen resistance and selection of resistant germplasms, these different levels of resistance have now been introduced into cultivars with good horticultural traits and succeeded. Based on the reports of some domestic and foreign literature, this paper reviews the situation and achievements of bacterial pathogen-resistant breeding of vegetable crops.
