社会保障问题既关系到普通百姓的生活,也关系到国家的经济发展和社会稳定,在我国的经济体制改革中,受到各方面的广泛关注。探索、建立和完善社会保障制度,特别是农村的社会保障制度,是推动人口与计划生育综合改革,促进人口与计划生育工作的一个重要问题。为此,从本期开始,本刊知识长廊栏目将以系列短篇的形式简要介绍有关社会保障的基本知识、发展现状和趋势,希望能对人口与计划生育工作者有所助益。
The issue of social security relates not only to the lives of ordinary people, but also to the country’s economic development and social stability. It has drawn wide attention from all quarters in the economic structural reform of our country. To explore, establish and improve the social security system, especially the social security system in rural areas, is an important issue for promoting the comprehensive reform of population and family planning and promoting population and family planning work. To this end, starting from this issue, our magazine Knowledge Promenade will briefly introduce the basic knowledge, development status and trends of social security in short series, hoping to benefit population and family planning workers.
