本文从技术知识扩散的角度考察了企业层次的技术创新采用的行为特征,以及由技术系统的技术范式和技术轨道决定的技术知识的获取、转移和积累对技术创新扩散的内在驱动性。在此基础上,通过对技术创新与技术采纳行为的成本分析,指出包含在技术创新中的技术知识的顺利扩散取决于弥合创新者与采用者之间在如下差距上的叠加成本,即弥合技术软件资源差距的成本,弥合技术资源操作能力差距的成本和弥合外部技术环境差距的成本。此叠加成本与创新扩散速度的扩散效果成负相关。从而揭示了技术系统内在特性对扩散速度的影响。
This paper examines the behavioral characteristics of technological innovation employed at the enterprise level from the perspective of the proliferation of technical knowledge and the intrinsic motivation for the diffusion of technological innovation through the acquisition, transfer and accumulation of technical knowledge determined by the technological paradigm of the technological system and the technological orbit. On this basis, through the cost analysis of technological innovation and technology adoption, it is pointed out that the smooth diffusion of technical knowledge contained in technological innovation depends on the overlay cost of bridging the gap between innovators and adopters, that is, The cost of software resource gaps, the costs of closing the operational resources gap of technical resources and the costs of closing the external technical environmental gap. This overlay cost is inversely related to the diffusion effect of innovation diffusion speed. Thus revealing the inherent characteristics of the technology system on the diffusion rate.
