粉笔是教学工作中必不可少的用具。可我在实践中也发现许多孩子都对它有较浓厚的兴趣。平时老师稍不注意,他们就会将粉笔藏到口袋里。有时在黑板上写写模仿老师上课;有时则在墙上、地上和门上涂涂画画。只要整理一下孩子们的床铺,就能发现床上有许多粉笔头,有的还拿回家去玩了。怪不得一盒粉笔用不了几天。针对这些情况,我和班上的老师在晨谈时把它作为一个问题对孩子们进行了说服教育,告诉他们粉笔是老师用来进行教学的,小朋友不能玩,否则容易将粉笔灰弄到眼睛里,弄脏衣服,玩了粉笔后不及时洗手,粘到食品、用品上很不卫生,到处乱画还会影响环境美观。可是单纯的说服教育收效不大,玩粉笔的现象仍是屡屡发生。怎么办呢?孩子们既然对粉笔如此感兴趣,我们做老师的为什么
