在以往的施工组织设计中,设计者往往根据自己的经验来确定施工机械的备用量。尽管参照工程施工实践的统计资料,但确定时难免有主观随意性,缺乏确切的数学解答。同时,机修厂规模与选用的施工机械数量是否相适应,也往往未作过细地研究,从而可能导致施工机械和维修设备闲置,造成浪费。本文根据生产系统的实际情况,从多变量的非线性规划及排队论的基本原理出发,用严格的数学理论,使施工机械的最优备用率得到准确的数字解答;同时还对机械备用的选优提出了简化的计算方法。
