近年来我国经济得到了快速的发展,各国竞争力也在逐渐增强,人才成为国与国之间的核心竞争力。信息技术的巨大进步给人才的培养带来了便利,越来越多的小学美术老师开始将小学美术与信息技术学科整合在一起,通过各种新技术提高小学美术课堂教学的效率。

Talents have become the core competitiveness among countries. The tremendous progress of information technology has brought convenience to the cultivation of talented people.
